Drew Blythe Barrymore, born 22nd February 1975, is an American actress. Numerous accolades have been awarded to her, including a Screen Actors Guild Award and a Golden Globe, five Emmy Award nominations, and a BAFTA nomination. She is part of the Barrymore actor family , and is the grand-daughter of John Barrymore. Barrymore became a famous child actress through her role in E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial. She wrote Little Girl Lost, her autobiography detailing her childhood of drinking and drug abuse. In the 1990s she was in a variety of films, including Poison, Boys on the Side and Mad Love.
