Morgan was born July 2, 1989 , to Pamela Morgan and Michael Morgan. They raised her and her two sisters, Jeni and Jeri, in the Los Angeles suburb of Diamond Bar. Morgan was a multi-sport athlete throughout her childhood , but didn't really like soccer until she reached 14. She became a member of the Cypress Elite club team, winning the Coast Soccer League under-16 championship and finishing in third place in the bracket for under-19 players.
